Eva Liparova is a co-founder of Parrot and works as a director and producer in visual theatre and devised performance. Eva graduated from the Central School of Speech and Drama with a first class degree in BA (Hons) Performance Arts, having worked as assistant director with Punchdrunk, Blind Summit, Complicite, DreamThinkSpeak, Unpacked Theatre and Split Soul. Additional training includes Suzuki with Fran Barbe, devising with Marissa Carnesky and puppet-making with Handspring.
Since starting Parrot, Eva has developed great interest in the position of performance in the wider spectrum of economy and business; to aid this Eva completed the acclaimed course New Creative Ventures at the London Business School and an MA in Enterprise & Management for Creative Arts at the London College of Communication in 2009. She worked at the Innovation Centre at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, where she co-produced and directed a China-UK show The Comedy Games for the World Expo Shanghai 2010, and developed theatre techniques used in design with Design Against Crime Research Centre.
Eva is currently co-authoring a new MA in Creative Producing at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
