Parrot {in the} Tank

Parrot {in the} Tank is a London-based devising theatre company specialising in a visual approach to storytelling. Working with sound, lighting, music, text and performance, the company create landscapes and stories rooted in the dreamlike, the fantastic and the bizarre, weaving them into the tragedies of everyday life.

Parrot {in the} Tank became the Associate Artist of artsdepot in London in 2009. The company is made up of graduates from various courses on the BA Theatre Practice strand at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Members of the company have worked with Punchdrunk, dreamthinkspeak, Complicite, Handspring Puppet Company, Bush Theatre, Blind Summit, Mobius and Fuel.
